Ben has spent more than two decades moving from software and systems engineering into quality leadership, product engineering, enterprise consulting, delivery and release operations, architecture, infrastructure, business operating models, enterprise systems, and AI. He served in the U.S. Army working on the armament and electrical systems of the AH-64D Apache Longbow.
His work has crossed government, logistics and shipping, energy, clinical research, sales operations, customer service, identity and records, and other complex enterprise environments. The recurring challenge was rarely one application. It was understanding how the organization operated, how evidence moved, where authority lived, and how business intent became durable system behavior.
Influenced by W. Edwards Deming and systems thinking, Ben treats quality as a property of the whole system. Delivery begins before code: requirements, architecture, evidence, validation, authority, release, observation, and learning all shape the outcome. That experience led to Enterprise Intelligence Engineering and Verimir—a governed environment for the operating context fragmented across enterprise systems.
