Operator and scope

During the brand transition, this website is operated by ConservaTech Networks LLC. This notice covers visits to verimir.ai and the public conversation form. It does not describe a customer Verimir environment or authorize collection of customer production data.

Information collected

When Google Analytics is configured, Google may collect usage and campaign data such as page views and UTM campaign parameters. Events sent by this site include only non-personal fields such as page path, CTA location, conversation area, and campaign context. They do not include first name, last name, email, phone, company, or message text. Analytics scripts load only when a measurement ID is configured. Standard infrastructure logs may record request time, requested path, browser information, and network address for security and reliability.

The public conversation form collects first name, last name, email, and phone. Company, selected conversation areas, and an optional note are collected only when you choose to provide them. The form also records the page URL from which it was submitted. Cloudflare Turnstile receives a security token so the site can help protect the form from automated abuse. Geography is not collected. Do not submit passwords, regulated records, customer data, or proprietary source material.

How information is used

Form information is used to start a conversation and to record where the inquiry originated. A successful submission means the site verified Turnstile, Salesforce accepted the lead, and you were returned to the thank-you page; it does not claim that a person has read it yet.

Processors and transfers

Public conversation requests are posted to this website first, at the first-party /api/conversation path. The server verifies Cloudflare Turnstile, then submits the conversation fields to Salesforce Web-to-Lead. Cloudflare processes the Turnstile token under its terms and privacy practices. Salesforce processes the lead under its own terms and privacy practices. When configured, Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes usage and campaign measurement data under Google’s terms and privacy practices. A configured Google Appointment Schedule link is an optional external path governed by Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

Salesforce retains submitted lead information according to the operator’s Salesforce configuration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Choices and contact

Visitors may choose not to submit the form and may use a verified booking path when one is configured. Requests about access, correction, or deletion can be submitted through the public contact form. During the transition, ConservaTech Networks LLC is the operator that receives those requests.
