Salesforce & Enterprise Systems
Where CRM intersects with the rest of the business.

Business Operations & Enterprise Systems
I approach enterprise technology from the operating side of the business: customers, revenue, partners, Salesforce, processes, teams, and the systems required to make all of them work together as an organization scales.

Operating reality
A customer is not a CRM record. A partnership is not a row in a database. A renewal is not an opportunity stage.
Those records matter, but the actual operating context spans agreements, relationships, decisions, people, policies, financial information, delivery history, and outcomes.
Enterprise systems record pieces of the business. The harder problem is keeping the meaning between them connected.
Operating at scale
I have operated through substantial international growth, including helping scale revenue from roughly $250,000 to $7 million, expanding a partner ecosystem from approximately 30 to more than 80 partners, and supporting operations spanning roughly 30 countries.
At small scale, organizations compensate through conversations, memory, and individual expertise. As the organization grows, those informal connections break. Context becomes buried inside people, applications, spreadsheets, workflows, and local operating practices.
Scaling software is easier than scaling organizational understanding.
Salesforce
Salesforce can become one of the most important operating systems in an enterprise. But even Salesforce rarely contains the complete context behind a commercial or operational decision.
Contracts, billing, support, source systems, approvals, implementation work, partner relationships, and production outcomes frequently exist elsewhere.
That is one reason Salesforce Delivery is such a practical Verimir beachhead: the fragmentation becomes visible immediately. I bring more than a decade of experience in and around the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Delivery makes the operating context around commercial and technical change inspectable without claiming the CRM is the entire operating system.

Enterprise AI becomes useful when it can operate with the same context experienced operators use.
A technically correct answer can still be an operationally wrong decision.
Managed Sovereign Intelligence
Enterprises should retain control over their organizational intelligence without having to become the engineering team responsible for every layer underneath it.
Verimir’s Managed Intelligence model is designed around that separation: establish the customer’s intelligence boundary, operate the environment, continuously improve it, and expand from demonstrated operating value.
Managed by Verimir. Controlled by you.
Deploy, operate, engineer, and expand one governed environment without abandoning the established customer control boundary.

If your team spends too much time reconstructing why something happened or finding the people who know how the process really works, that is a useful place to start.

Customers, renewals, agreements, pricing, approvals, and financial context.
How relationships and commercial processes remain coherent as scale increases.
Where people are compensating manually for context that the systems should preserve.
